RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The undersigned customer acknowledges they are familiar with skiing and are at least an experienced skier, and
have experience and familiarity with horses. Both horses and skiing carry the risk of serious injury and in some
cases death. Purchaser acknowledges their experience with both skiing and with horses and takes all
responsibility for any injury that happens with the SKIDRIVER product they are purchasing and will not hold
ZenahStorm LLC liable for any damages of any kind which may occur due to the use of any SKIDRIVER product.
The buyer further acknowledges that they will use short downhill skis and will start off at slow speeds in a safe
environment. Buyer acknowledges that a helmet and eye protection are highly recommended.
Buyers are notified as to Minnesota Statutes Section 604A.12 concerning the limitation of liability for livestock
activities, livestock includes horses.
